Chap Clark writes about Youth Ministry in an age of delayed adulthood over at Youth Specialties.
Wish I'd has this a couple of weeks ago when I was preparing for a session on this stuff!

Still I like his definition of what youth ministry is about:
"the goal of youth ministry must be to help young people become adults who are grounded in Jesus Christ".

And that's the crunch that makes us more than youthworkers doing spiritual development.
