Someone here was speaking about how many songs (not worship songs) we know that contain the word "preach".
Obvious examples were:
Pappa Don't Preach
Son of a preacher man
Which got me thinking about other random ecclesiatsical references in pop songs?
(no serious point being made!).
Like a prayer
Say a little prayer could start another train of thought!
Other ideas?

great to know that the course is stimulating your thinking! The only songs that I can think of are linked with Hell, so will not bother adding them - lol
I'm thinking "prayer" is a more common reference that other stuff:
Duran Duran: "Save a prayer" etc.
